Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to continental USA.

How long does shipping take (within the US)?

It generally takes 1-2 business days to process your order and 1-7 business days for the shipment to reach you (depends on shipping rate you select on checkout).

My order won't go through. What should I do?

Can you cancel my order?
We can go ahead and try to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been sent to our warehouse yet for fulfillment! Please email us at hello@getfloaty.com should you need any help!

Do you have a warranty for your products?
Absolutely! We offer a 30-day Warranty free of manufacturing defects on all of our products. After your purchase, blow it up and we promise that it will float and hold air. However, the warranty does not include wear and tear. Like if you go white water rafting and scrap a rock then that's all you. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Anna at hello@getfloaty.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll take it from there! :)

My floaty just melted after using the hairdryer! Is this covered by your warranty?
Unfortunately, the 30-Day Warranty does not cover incidents like this. :( Our floaties can be inflated using a hairdryer on *cold* setting. Before using a hairdryer to inflate your floaty, please see to it that it's only blowing out cool air.

I accidentally punctured a hole into my floaty! How do I fix it?
Oh no! :( Sorry to hear that! The good news is that our products come with a patch kit to help you with accidents like this. You can also head to your nearest hardware store and find a PVC glue for air mattresses; those should work, too!

Any tips on how to store my floaty?
Make sure that the floaty is completely dry before deflating it so there's no moisture. Fold it up and pack it away until your next party.

Will I have to pay international taxes, duties and customs clearance?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. #GETFLOATY is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Your order may also incur additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from #GETFLOATY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to #GETFLOATY. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
